The program is something that we'll all do on the same exact day, so you, me, and the entire team will hit the same training session each Monday (Arms), Tuesday (Legs), & Weds - Friday too.

In the world of training, there are some basic principles. Training more doesn't necessarily mean more muscle. We'll make sure that we're training smart, getting the most out of each movement, each rep, and each training session so that you can get back to living your life and so that you can do so feeling and looking amazing.
Join the Gang
There are few things more enjoyable than having training partners (your team HERE) and a coach that wants this for you almost as bad as you do. We can't make you show up each day (that's on you) and we can't lift the weights for you or squeeze out that last rep that you know you have in the tank. But, just know that we're putting in the work too and we're here with you!

This isn't some fancy artificial intelligence app. This is a coaching and training app and I'm doing the coaching. It's truly ME so ask questions!
Programming 5 days per week
Our training splits will evolve over time but I lean into a 5-day split, focusing on one body part each day and finishing each day with some cardio.
Exercise Video Guidance
I've filmed each movement in our program so that you know exactly what I'm after and you know how to perform each movement in our training.
Detailed, expert instruction
I'm not just letting you know what to do. I'll outline rest periods, intensity, tempo, and everything else you need to be confident in the plan.

Although we might be in our own garage or gyms training each day, you should know that there are others, just like you, going thru this too!

How long does each training session take?
The sessions will vary and with each new training cycle, we'll make adjustments to how much volume is in our training. Typically, you should expect 60 minutes of training and a 30 minute cardio session once we finish.
I just started training... is this the right Team for me to join?
I wish I had access to this when I just started training. We'll take everything that I've learned in decades of training and apply that to your training. You're in good hands. Like anything, take it slow, ask questions, and do all the things OUTSIDE of the gym that will help you inside of it.
When does this start!?
This is continuous training, so you should jump right in. I'll pay for your first 7 days so you won't be charged for anything in your first week. Although we'll start new training cycles every 4-8 weeks, I've designed the training so that you can jump right in and get started.
