HOW MANY TRAINING SESSIONS IS THE PROGRAM PER WEEK?
The program consists of three training sessions per week. We make sure your strength & conditioning sessions are optimal, and you're not over-training while supporting you every step along the way.

HOW LONG ARE THE TRAINING SESSIONS?
Athletes should schedule 60 minutes per sessions, including a warm-up & stretching. Our programs are designed to optimize your athletic performance. Maximal results in minimal time.
IS THIS A PERSONALIZED PROGRAM?
No, this is not. This is a guided coaching program for combat athletes. We do offer personalized 1-2-1 coaching for fighters! Contact me to discuss.
