Do you still provide 1:1 Coaching?
YES! I do. I created FIERCEFIT BY ALICIA for people who may not be able to afford my 1:1 Coaching or just want a steady workout program. But if you are interested, make sure you go to the top of this page and click on the global icon to visit my website for more information.
Can I change my rest days around?
YES! I want everyone to be able to recover properly before starting their next workout.
Is this program for both men and women?
Of course! FIERCEFIT BY ALICIA is for both men and women of any athletic level.
Will you be covering nutrition?
Everyone is different when it comes to nutrition. I would be more than glad to help guide you and give you tips as well! But I also offer a five week nutrition plan on my website at aliciarancier.com.
