Female Strength Club is where women learn how to move their bodies, feel more confident with training, and transform themselves.

We train together, we look out for each other, and we make each other better.

Working out and using weights has always been perceived as a very male thing to do.

There's been so many times that I've been strayed away from training with weights because I was told it would make me bulky or it wasn't what women do.

Then I started training with kettlebells and it changed my life.

I felt energized.
I felt stronger.
I felt mobile.
I felt confident.


it wasn’t always easy to implement and I wasn’t always confident in the gym slinging around weights.

I've learned a lot on this journey and I want to share things along the way that helped me get where I am with you guys...with this community.

Learn how to move better and feel better
I'm here to take the guesswork out of the way. I'll show you exactly how to train efficiently to reduce risk of injuries with my background as a doctorate trained physical therapist. I will also show you how to feel strong in your body with my background as a certified kettlebell coach.

What I'm teaching you are the skills needed so that you can apply it to your own life for the rest of your life. My goal is to make you as independent as possible so I will show you everything I know to make sure you are seeing progress and feeling more confident every month.

Accountability and coaching
There will be two check-ins per week to hold you accountable for your training and one live community coaching session a week to make sure you keep improving your movements. We have built a system in place to make sure you are successful in your training and seeing the results you work hard for.

Who is this training appropriate for?
This program is perfect for females that want to learn how to train with kettlebells in order to transform how they feel in the body.
Which kettlebells should I have? (at least one is required)
If you can only get one kettlebell(12kg). If you can only get two kettlebells(12kg, 16kg). If you can only get three kettlebells(12kg, 16kg, 24kg). The more the merrier so feel free to get more kettlebells!
How will I have access to our coaches?
You will be able to chat with your coach through the message board, during the two accountability checks per week, and live community coaching session.
When are the live community coaching sessions?
Wednesdays at 6:00PM EST
