Build BIG Bat Speed and POWER
This Program uses proven method to build elite rotational power. In our initial trials with this program, guys had on average 3-8mph gain in Exit VElO. Could you imagine what adding 3-8mph to your Exit Velo would do?

Increase Throwing Velocity
Guys that complete he entire program can expect on average a 3mph gain in mound velocity with a 3-6mph gain in Pull Down Velocity. Mobility/ Arm Care Routines are built in to the program. Not only are we building velocity, we are doing it safely.

Decrease 60 Yard Dash
There are 2 built in speed days per week with this program. This allows us to build elite acceleration and linear speed specific to running a 60 yard dash or swiping bags.

Every Session we finish with a hypertrophy build complex. This Complex is low intensity high volume meant for 1 purpose 👉 Pack on lean muscle mass. We run strength and power concurrently through this program. You will Get Stronger, become more explosive and build lean muscle mass AT THE SAME TIME!
