Every exercise will have a demonstrational video available, giving you a 25-60 second example of proper exercise form, technique, and breathing! Gone are the days of expensive gym memberships or complicated equipment setups. All you need for these workouts are a stepper, mat, and a few sets of dumbbells. I have meticulously crafted this program to encompass the best components of fitness, including strength training, cardio exercises, muscular endurance workouts, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and functional training.

Who is this for?
Beginner or intermediate fitness levels of all ages (geared towards ages 18-50).
How many workouts per week?
You'll get three posted workouts, two HIIT workouts, and cardio suggestions for the remaining days of the week. Each week will have one rest day.
How much communication will I get with the coach?
Coach Zach will respond to questions within 24 hours.
What equipment do I need?
To start with, you will need a stepper, mat, and a few sets of dumbbells. As you progress, you may be interested in getting heavier dumbbells.
How many exercises are in each workout?
There are 12 different exercises in each workout.
How long is each workout?
Workouts can be 24, 36, or 48 minutes long. Instructions on how to modify each workout to your desired length are provided.
