Aerobic Engine & Work Capacity
As tactical athletes, conditioning is what sets us apart. We put a heavy emphasis to ensure recovery both inside and outside of training, giving you the ability to tap into new gears when the time comes. We do this with a variety of methods so we don't get stale. Aerobic capacity work, tempo Intervals, AMRAPs, strongman conditioning, mixed modality work, and finishers are our mainstays .
