Everyday Engine is a program that meets all individuals' needs. Not everyone needs to improve the same thing. We are intentional to bring our clients a program that brings them their best results.

How does Everyday Engine work?

  • Each person will first go through our Placement Week. You will tackle 5 tests that analyze your running, rowing, biking, and mixed modality abilities.

  • The results of your 5 tests will determine if your body favors an Aerobic (longer pacing workouts) or Anaerobic (short powerful workouts) system.

  • You will then be assigned a Everyday Engine Track (Aerobic or Anaerobic) to target your bodies less developed system.

  • Each Track will have one day that favors the individuals dominate system. This allows us to improve our weaknesses while not losing our strengths!

  • CrossFit aims to create well balanced individuals. A car Engine can accelerate to high speeds very quickly but can also drive consistently at moderate speeds without issue. This program was created to help individuals improve their Endurance and Power Output.

With the Everyday Engine Aerobic Track, individuals will experience an increase in mental fortitude and drastic improvement in their work capacity.

Easy Addition to Your Gym Schedule
Everyday Engine was created to be a complimentary program to your normal gym routine. Each session will take you about 30-45 minutes. Great for early morning workouts when the weights are feeling a little heavy. Nothing better than getting that morning sweat session in before you start your day!
