Leys Performance is S&C coaching built specifically for American football athletes in Europe. Every session has a purpose. Every week builds on the last. FAQs
What level is this program for?
Intermediate athletes who have at least 6 months of gym experience. You don't need to be elite, but you should be comfortable with a barbell.
How many days per week do I need to train?
4 Days per week. Sessions take 60-80 minutes. The split is Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday or any 4 days with rest between upper and lower.
Do I need a full gym?
You need a barbell, squat rack, dumbbells and a pull-up bar. A medicine ball and resistance bands are helpful but not required.
