I created Euphoria to take the guesswork out by creating a solid, simple routine to follow week in and week out.

The training is made for anyone, at any point along their training journey too.

As a member of Euphoria, you'll see an emphasis on both aesthetics and performance.

Expect three days of full-body strength training per week, intended to give you everything you need in your training and nothing you don't.

My goal is to create progress for you while still respecting your time and the precious minutes and hours in your day.
