Training for anything takes a lot. This program will provide a great blend of full body strength training and running based endurance. Training 5 days per week this leaves 2 days to prioritise recovery to avoid burning out. Training will consist of strength work, hypertrophy, and energy system development, while managing volume and fatigue. Training with this program should make you strong as hell with a savage aerobic engine inside to take on any challenge. The Complete Hybrid Engine.
