FAQs
What if I am a complete beginner?
This programming is built more for novice/intermediates. You can join, but this might be slightly too complex for you. You'd be better off joining my more complete beginner friendly teams or grabbing one of my beginner workout programs!
Is Jon actually coaching us & writing the programming?
Absolutely. I am personally writing all of the programming - the reps, the set structure, the instructions, the tips, and it's actually me personally in the chat with you.
What if I don't have access to a gym?
Unfortunately, you need a fully equipped gym to make the most out of this program. I recommend you grab one of my one-off programs and go through that first to get the most you can out of limited equipment training or training at home, and then you may be ready for this if you can then join a gym.
