If you don't have a jump rope you can jog for 3-5 minutes Complete 3 rounds of the following: 4 way dead bug x 8 reps (Focus on keeping your whole back pressed into the floor and moving through the range of motion slow and controlled) 90/90 Hip Mobility x 8 reps ea. way Scap Push Up x 8 reps

General Warm-Up: * Jump Rope x 2 min (both legs); x :I min right leg, 1 min left leg If you don't have a jump rope you can jog for 3-5 minutes Complete 3 rounds of the following: - Unilateral Dead Bug x 8 each way - Side plank with rotation x 10 each way - Bear Crawl x 10 yards (forward, backward, and side to side) should complete 40 total yards of bear crawls. Focus on keeping your back flat and your knees 3-5 inches of the floor.

3 Rounds: Dumbbell Row x 10 reps each arm Russian Twists x 20 total taps Superman Extension x :30 seconds * NOT for time and rather quality Points of performance: On the row make sure to pull your shoulder blade down and back. In your superman extensions make sure to squeeze your glutes as TIGHTLY as possible. Russian Twist can be with OR without weight!
