Elite Boxing Preparation is a daily training program for athletes who are looking for a holistic path to athletic development.

We want to raise the ceiling but not at the cost that it will interfere with skill work or sparring. While respecting and integrating scientific principles, we have found a unique formula that has been tested and delivers.

This program cuts through the fluff, everything has meaning and everything is straight to the point. Your time is valued, so that no time will be wasted.

Strength, power, and conditioning all take time to improve. Looking to improve these things right before a fight camp loses sight of the main thing at that point: Boxing. Taking time to improve as an athlete year round makes it easier for when your numbers called to go into camp.
