How many days a week is the Elite Bikini Body program?
You'll have workouts set for 6 days a week, although it's up to you to choose how often you can train based on your lifestyle. Even if you have only 3 days per week to train then you'll still benefit. Phase 1 has 3 lower body workouts, and 3 upper workouts to choose from each week.
How hard are the workouts?
The program has been designed for women who already have some experience lifting weights in the gym, and would consider themselves "intermediate". Although more advanced women will also benefit from the structure.
Will I actually be coached by Gareth?
Gareth carefully plans every single workout and training phase. He coaches you through the most effective techniques using detailed videos, and provides written tips in each workout. You'll also be able to ask questions and get feedback from Gareth as part of the supportive community.
How long does the Elite Bikini Body program take to complete?
Each workout will take around 1 hour depending on your pacing, but all workouts can be tailored to your own timeframe. You'll have 6 workout options each week, and a new training phase every 4 weeks to keep you progressing and enjoying your training.
