Why should I join the team?
Stringer Elite Academy will be providing workouts to athletes in all phases of their season. Pre-season, in-season, and off-season.
How many days a week will I train?
This will depend on the time of the year. In-season will be 2-3 days. Off-season and pre-season are up to 6 days a week. Mixing in speed days and lifting days.
Who is Stringer Elite Academy for?
Stringer Elite Academy is for all field athletes that play a fall sport.
What if I am currently out of season?
You can purchase my 12 week off-season training program that will get you the results you want to dominate when the season comes.
What about athletes that don't play a fall sport?
I will be having a in-season program coming for athletes that play winter and spring sports!
