Who is it for?

For the weekend warrior and the RX athlete with less time. Hit everything you need to keep progressing and stay on top of the game throughout the year with various training cycles that lead up to the Open. Train 60-90 minutes/day, 5x per week with all the RX level skills and progressions.

This track is perfect for those who don't get enough of a 60minute class.

This programming has should be completed in under 2 hours.

For the willing. For the people who want to take their fitness to the next level and are willingto put in the work.

Our mission is to help people become better through constant learning and challenge.

What's in there?

  • Medium volume, medium skill, fun and challenging programming.
  • Along with the sections you'll get insightful information, cues and points of performance to help you train with intention and learn
  • 5 days of training. Thursday and Friday are rest days.
  • Strength, gymnastics and weightlifting progressions throughout the year.
  • Supplemental accessories to help your performance in tougher/more technical movements.

Full standard CrossFit Gym equipment needed.
