For $25 per month, members get a structured 3-day-per-week total body lifting program built around the proven 5/3/1 strength system. Each workout focuses on the core barbell lifts while keeping training efficient and easy to follow.
Every session includes:
2 main strength lift using 5/3/1 progression
2 tri -sets for balanced muscle development
Arm pump work (because dads deserve sleeves that fit tighter)
Core training to build a strong, resilient body
