The Stegelman Performance Club Team is an intermediate-level program with a 3 day per week split. It is perfect for athletes who are new to Olympic Weightlifting, fitness athletes such as CrossFitters who are already following another program, Masters athletes, or anyone with a busy schedule.
The program is specifically designed by Coach Andrew Stegelmann, Doctor or Physical Therapy, to help athletes increase strength, improve technique in the Olympics lifts, and smash through new personal records without getting hurt!
Each athlete's training is monitored by Andrew. You will receive technical analysis and feedback on videos that you post to the app as well an answers to any questions that you may have.
