The Stegelmann Performance Club Team is a 3 day per week program designed to help you:
-Increase general strength -Improve technique with the Olympic Lifts -Smash through new personal records without getting hurt
The program is specifically designed by Coach Andrew Stegelmann, Doctor of Physical Therapy, for athletes who are new to Olympic Weightlifting, fitness athletes such as CrossFitters who are already following a fitness program, Masters athletes, or anyone with a busy schedule.
Each athlete's training is monitored by Coach Andrew. You will receive technical analysis and feedback on videos that you post to the app as well an answers to any questions that you may have.
In addition, you will be training training virtually alongside teammates for support & competition.

Andrew Stegelmann is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over 8 years of experience coaching in the strength field. He currently competes in the sport of Weightlifting on the National stage and coaches athletes at the local, national, and international levels.
