The Stegelmann Performance Club Team is a 3 day per week program designed to help you:

-Increase general strength

-Perfect technique in the Olympic Lifts

-Smash through new personal records without getting hurt

The program is specifically designed by Coach Andrew Stegelmann, Doctor of Physical Therapy, for athletes who are new to Olympic Weightlifting, fitness athletes such as CrossFitters who are already following a fitness program, Masters athletes, or anyone with a busy schedule.

Each athlete's training is monitored by Coach Andrew. You will receive technical feedback on videos that you post to the app as well an answers to any questions that you may have.

In addition, you will be training training virtually alongside teammates for support & competition.

Who's is this for?
This program is perfect for athletes who are new to Olympic Weightlifting, fitness athletes such as CrossFitters who are already following another program, Masters athletes, or anyone with a busy schedule who wants to improve their Olympic Lifts.
How does technical analysis work?
Videos can be uploaded directly through the app. Coach Andrew provides analysis and feedback on all videos that are submitted.
How are weights calculated?
The weights used in this program are generally based on percentages of 1 rep max in the lifts. Therefore athletes will need to have a general idea of what their current 1 rep maxes are.
