Train along side me! This program is fully functional for all levels of weightlifters. There will be the same 5 olympic weightlifting sessions I do each week accompanied by my bodybuilding work. Everything will be tailorable to experience and skill level leaving nothing but room for improvement. This program has brought me close to goals I once thought were impossible, it is tested and proven, and I can't wait to be apart of your own weightlifting journey.

I am newer to lifting will I be able to handle this program?
Yes! Everything will be tailored to your individual 1 rep maxes, you will also receive direct communication with me in order to help in whatever way I can support you best.
What if I need to change my rest days?
That is totally okay! Programming will be published Monday through Friday but you will have the entire week to work through the 5 days. Pick whichever 2 days of rest work best for you!
