We have Sprint and Hybrid tracks to help you hone in on a common goal of maintaining and building strength while also leveling up other domains concurrently. In our Sprint track, the focus is on strength + speed development. In our Hybrid track, the focus is on strength + conditioning development.

We also have options for 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 day variations of the program for each block - meaning you can work through Confusingly Jacked in a way that fits your schedule - whether you have 6 days or 2 days to train each week.
