Let me rephrase that. You NEED me to take over. HiJacked was made to deliver the jacked physique you've been wanting without spending hours upon hours in the gym. The fitness bros have told you that you need to live in the gym to look like you actually lift in one. They couldn't be more wrong! HiJacked is going to get you there while spending 4, MAYBE 5 hrs PER WEEK in the gym! 4 days a week, generally 6 exercises per session is all it takes. Well, that along with hard effort and consistency. You'll follow the very training program that I use myself that has got me jacked and kept me there into my upper forties. There's life outside the gym ladies and gents! Why not spend less time in the gym so you can get out there and enjoy it?! CAN I DO THIS AT HOME?
UNFORTUNATELY, NO. YOU'LL NEED ACCESS TO A FULL GYM WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES. THERE MAY BE A HOME GYM VERSION IN THE FUTURE BUT FOR NOW THIS IS FOR COMMERCIAL GYM USE.
Can I start at any time?
Absolutely! Although a new block starts every 9 weeks you can jump in and get to work right away.
