WELCOME TO GS COMBAT PERFORMANCE

Get strong, jacked, athletic, and ready to dominate your fights.

We develop power, strength, and speed to help fighters perform at a higher level in their sport. Each session combines strength training, conditioning, and flexibility work to build a well rounded foundation for combat sports.

Skill Level: All levels. Session Duration: 60–90 min Training Per Week: 4 Days

Special Strength and Conditioning
This program is not a generic copy and paste where you just repeat workouts week after week. With the GS Combat Performance, you will also be progressing in skill and learning new movements that will improve your performance in your sport. This program is for you if you are ready to log in your daily performance, put in the work to learn new skills and abilities, and also work the mental aspect.
