Our program has been in development for 10+ years!

These methods I have personally used to compete in collegiate wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and martial artists. In addition, I have refined these workouts with my collegiate athletes.

This program is for anybody who is looking to improve their performance on the mats, AND building a warrior mindset in life!

A lot of them we do the same mundane workouts with out much exercise variety, and shortly after plateau!

In addition, you will be logging all of your workouts that can be reviewed for personal use. Keep a log and watch how you reinforce your new positive behavior.

He comes to TrainHeroic after having coached at Hunter College, in New York City. As a result, he was one of the youngest head college wrestling coaches in the USA. In addition, he has coached at various high school wrestling programs and clubs in NY. Coco graduated from SUNY Brockport with a B.S. in Kinesiology, and from Canisius College where he earned a M.S. in Physical Education and Coaching.

AN AVERAGE TRAINING DAY WILL CONSIST OF WARM UP, EXPLOSIVE MOVEMENTS TO EXCITE THE CNS, STRENGTH/POWER MOVEMENTS, AND ACCESSORY WORK TO BRING UP ANY LAGGING MUSCLE PARTS. EXPECT 45-60 MINS MAXIMUM COULD BE DONE IN 30 MINS IF YOU SUPERSET LIKE A MAD MAN. WE KNOW YOU DON'T LIVE IN THE GYM. EFFICIENCY.
