Did you know that most modern Pilates classes do not follow Joe Pilates's original, proven Method? Train with me, Alexandra, in the actual Classical Method taught by Joe Pilates. Five days a week we'll work on the Mat exercises in the exact order and using the precise exercises that Joe himself created. You'll grow stronger, leaner, and more beautiful (seriously!) as we work together week by week, gradually adding more exercises from the Intermediate Mat and Advanced Mat. FAQs
Do I need Pilates equipment for this program?
Not at all! Just a Yoga mat or even a towel on the floor is sufficient.
Is this course for beginners or advanced Pilates practitioners?
The Classical Mat is a great place to start learning and practicing Classical Pilates, but even the most advanced Pilates people do the Mat exercises. There really isn't a better form of exercise for strengthening and toning the human body!
