How does The Athletic You work?
Reach your fitness goals faster with workouts tailored to you + nutrition and coaching support. In just minutes each day, get the resources needed for building muscle, achieving desired results and feeling great! All this designed to fit a busy lifestyle!
What equipment do I need?
A standard gym will provide all the equipment you need, but that isn't necessary to get into great shape. All you need is a few sets of DBs and a skipping rope for the Athletic Express program.
How many workout days are programmed each week?
Most of our programs revolve around training 4 days per week, with the option for a 5th training day. We also have options for those short on time, such as our Athletic Express workout.
How long do the workouts take?
Most of our workouts will take 60-75 min. If short on time the Athletic Express workout takes 30-min.
What is the Athletic Nutrition program?
The goal is to make food prep and meal planning simpler. We provide recipes, meals, and a basic layout of what to eat everyday. We take the complication out of planning what to eat... now all you have to do is prep what's listed!
