This team is for intermediate and advanced Weightlifters who are interested in competing at the Regional and National levels.
You will train between three and six days per week.
Other than a barbell, bumper plates, and squat rack the only other pieces of equipment I recommend are a hyperextension/GHD, light bands, and a sled/prowler.
