Castaways was created to give you access to train with me.

I believe that together we can go further and be much stronger when we get there.

Castaways leverages the sound training principles that I leverage in my own training, from the sets and reps, to the volume and intensity, picking only the movements that matter, movements that will make a difference in how you look, feel, and perform.

If you're looking for a 5-day training split that only contains what I believe to be necessary in order to achieve a healthy and strong body, then you're in the right place.

You'll get access to each day's training session and a message board that you and your new teammates can communicate on.
