This team is specially made for those looking to step up their calisthenics game!

Calisthenics has a lot of benefits for athletes:

You don't need a gym subscription You can perform all the workouts at home, in your backyard or a nearby playground. It is a great way to get in shape, build muscle and be outside!

The way everything is programmed in this team is easy to understand, so there's no need to read a whole paragraph or watch a hundred videos in order to understand an exercise. The exercises and instruction are straight to the point, no nonsense and highly effective.

Before you consider starting make sure you are able to complete the following qualifications:

Intermediate/advanced athlete qualifications:

  • 3 pull ups

  • 20 push ups (no knees)

  • 1 mile run under 9 minutes

This is to ensure you choose the best program that fits your needs. If you are unable to perform these qualifications without calling it a workout, then the advanced program might be too difficult.

Please consider joining our beginner program first where our main focus will be to get you up to the advanced qualifications as fast as possible!

All the training is based from my own experience where I did not have any equipment. This forced me to be creative with my own workouts, which I still like to implement here.
Calisthenics is all about volume over weight. This means reps and control are more important than the weight you can lift. This works really well for increasing muscle endurance & strength.

I have been coaching people since 2021 and have multiple coaching certificates (Canfitpro & Fitness Trainer A) During the pandemic I was forced to go outside and improvise training with just my bodyweight. I can only do 1 pull up. Do I join the beginner or the advanced group?
The beginner group is mainly to get you up to your first pull up. The minimum (recommended) qualifications for the advanced group are 3 pull ups, but people in this group will most likely be at 10+ pull ups. Joining the advanced group will most definitely push your limits!
