Get jacked. Feel athletic. Sharpen each other.

BUILTREADY is more than programming—it's a brotherhood of men pursuing physical and spiritual growth. Iron sharpens iron. We train hard, push each other, and build men who are ready for whatever life demands.

Each week delivers:

✅ Strength & power development — Wave-loaded squats and deadlifts with contrast training to build real-world strength and explosiveness

✅ Upper body hypertrophy — Dedicated pressing, pulling, and arm volume so you look like you lift

✅ Athletic conditioning — Sprints, sled work, and short intervals that build capacity without burning muscle

✅ Strategic recovery — Zone 2 work and programmed deloads to keep you training hard for the long haul

✅ "Suffering Saturday" — A monthly community driven conditioning session designed to forge mental & physical resiliency with your teammates

Every session is designed to be completed in under 60 minutes. This isn't a program for competitors or cardio junkies. It's for men with jobs, families, and responsibilities who still want to be the strongest, most capable version of themselves.

Train like an athlete. Build like a lifter. Live like a man with priorities.

Join the BUILTREADY brotherhood on Skool.com for discipleship, accountability, and deeper connection beyond the barbell.

FAQs
What is the BUILTREADY program and who is it for?
BUILTREADY is a 6-day training program for men (ages 20-55+) combining strength, conditioning, and power development with brotherhood and accountability. All fitness levels welcome—iron sharpens iron.
What equipment do I need?
Barbell, squat rack, bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bar, med balls, and bands. Plus hill/sled/bike for conditioning. Most commercial gyms and equipped home gyms have everything needed.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
5-6 hours total: Four 45-60 min sessions (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri), one 45-60 min Zone 2 + core (Wed), one 30-45 min conditioning (Sat). Sunday is rest, church, and family.
I'm not as strong/fit as other guys. Can I still do this program?
Yes. Every workout includes scaling options for all fitness levels. You work to YOUR max, not someone else's. The goal is progress alongside brothers at different levels.
How does the ministry/spiritual component work?
BUILTREADY builds discipline, toughness, and brotherhood through shared training. The workouts are the tool—transformation happens in the brotherhood. Men are encouraged to join our free Skool.com group for daily spiritual discipleship and accountability.
