Who is this for?
ANYONE who wants to make progress in strength, power, and speed. Great as a standalone program OR use the 30min streamlined version for intentional progression in strength/power alongside your regular programming.
How long does is take?
60min or less
How is the week organized?
2 days of heavy lifting + 2 days of fast lifting. Every day will end with hypertrophy and an optional 5th day will be provided based on our community's current goal.
What if I want personalized programming?
VNTD offers 1 on 1 for Olympic Weightlifting, Strength, and/or Athletic Development. Just reach out to Houston!
Should I do this?
I'm obviously biased, but if you don't enjoy it, cancel that s*** before the 7 day free trial ends. Easy.
