Your coaches at BUILT DIFFERENT have learned that it is time to train different than we have in the past. No more soul crushing workouts, 2-3 workouts a day and hours in the gym. Our training needs to evolve to align with our new priorities (family, career, quality of life, hobbies) and goals. That is what lead us to BUILT DIFFERENT TRAINING.

BUILT DIFFERENT is a growing community of like minded individuals who intend to be the best version of themselves while continuing to become stronger, fitter and build new muscle.

3 efficient, thought out, full body training tracks reduce the confusion of having TOO many options. Choose the track that best aligns with your goals or work between the 3 depending on your needs.

PERFORM - A strength and conditioning program that prepares you for success. 45-60 minute workouts include an easy to follow warm up and daily workout, a strength and/or accessory piece we call DEFINE. We have taken out some of the more complex movements (i.e. olympic lifts) and replaced them with better options for your demographic and safety.

BUILD - BUILD is a 45-60 minute full body training split, using progressive overload training principals, compound lifts and accessory movements. One exercise per body part, per day , 5 days/wk. Look great/feel great without burnout, while increasing strength, muscle and longevity.

SWEAT - 30 minute workouts that help bridge the gap when time is short, and options/equipment may be limited. SWEAT workouts mirror the PERFORM workouts (on most days) by modifying or eliminating certain components to accommodate for time.

WORKOUT ANYWHERE ON YOUR TIME
Workouts can be done at home, a garage gym, a traditional gym, or even on the beach! Workouts come with substitutions and/or modifications for each movement. Wherever you are, if you have a full gym set up or minimal equipment - you can get your workout done.

Who is BUILT DIFFERENT for?

How long is each session?
Each session is 30-60 min from warm up to finish. PERFORM and SWEAT 30-60 Min. BUILD (Full Body) 45-60 Min. No more grueling 2-3 hours in the gym.
What is the difference between PERFORM, BUILD and SWEAT?
PERFORM is a GPP strength and conditioning training program designed with safety first . BUILD is a full body training split designed to build muscle and get you looking/feeling your best. SWEAT workouts bridge the gap short on time. Typically a modified version of the PERFORM workout.
What equipment is needed for PERFORM, BUILD, SWEAT?
PERFORM* - DB's, Weights, Squat Rack BUILD - DB's, Weights, Barbell, Squat Rack, PullUp Bar, Bench, Bands. Machines used, not required. SWEAT*- DBs/KBs *Barbell, jump rope, pull up bar, plyo box may also be included with options, and suggestions provided. *Air Bike, Rower, run path recommended
Can I still do SOME Olympic movements and high skill gymnastics?
In some instances we will provide alternate or modifications where certain Olympic Movements (Ex: Power Snatch instead of DB Snatch) and high skill gymnastics can be done if you wish to do those movements. Our focus is more on longevity, safety, and movements best for the general population.
