With BuildHER, my mission is to advocate for optimizing results with a program that helps you gain confidence in the gym, build strength and muscle to achieve that defined physique you've always wanted.

I hear from clients all the time they want to tone up and have no idea where to start - and this is exactly why I created BuildHER to create a program that simplifies it for you.

HI! I'm Kaylin & I'm thrilled that you are here. I am a CPT, nutrition & macro coach. I have 8+ years of experience in the health & fitness industry with a lot of that time spent teaching group fitness. I am a Mom to two little girls & after my youngest was born I wanted to gain confidence in the gym & learn how to build strength. Now I want to show you how you can do the same with BuildHer!

FAQs
How does billing work?
Payments are automatic and recur each month on the day that you signed up. You may cancel at any time right in the TrainHeroic app.
Is BuildHER something I can do from home?
Yes & no. There is not a home vs. gym program option with BuildHer. If you are going to workout from home I do recommend you have a very outfitted home gym. Where applicable I do provide some alternatives but BuildHer was designed to help you build confidence IN the gym.
Will this program be right for me if I am new to lifting?
YES! BuildHER was designed with every experience level in mind. We will work on building on advanced techniques as we progress int he program. I wanted to create a program that would teach you how to use equipment, perform moves safely so that you could build confidence in showing up in the gym!
Does BuildHER include nutritional guidance/coaching?
BuildHER does not include nutrition guidance/coaching. If you are wanting more coaching support with nutrition included, please send me an email at kaylin@thekfmethod,com & we can chat!
How does BuildHER work?
There are 3 or 4 day training options that hit all body parts to help create a strong physique for woman. Workouts are published 4-6 weeks out at a time & progressions are written in so you can get stronger and make sure you are spending your time efficiently! I also include optional cardio days ;)
How much access do I get to Coach Kaylin?
You get daily access to Coach Kaylin! We communicate through the TrainHeroic messaging feature for form reviews, questions and feedback. Think of BuildHER like having direct access to a personal trainer whenever you are working out. You can submit for form reviews and share your PRs!
What if I don't know how to do a move?
Coach Kaylin provides detailed form videos for every move that talk about set up and execution. In addition to that if something doesn't feel right - take a video and submit it for a review! I will help troubleshoot and adjust execution tips just for you so you can feel more confident in completing
