This is BUILD, a program that is designed using the fundamental laws of fitness to trigger inevitable, lasting physical change.

BUILD is designed for people who want a structured approach to training. BUILD is your roadmap where every training block is purposefully build on the last. Each block has a different focus, making you all-round fit, lean and strong.

With the stresses and temptations of modern life, keeping your body healthy isn't easy. Establishing a habit like exercising is the best tool you have to create a body and mind that is capable of handling everything life throws at you.

The training will showcase the amazing things your body is capable of and bring to the surface the untapped potential within yourself.

One final note: I won't sugarcoat that changing your body takes time. Therefore, it is important to enjoy the process whilst making exercising a sustainable habit.

How is the BUILD program structured?
Every 6 to 8 weeks we shift our focus to a different aspect of training. I program blocks of General Physical Preparation (lots of mixed cardio and circuit training), bodybuilding and strength.
