BTYTOP (pronounced bity-top) is an offseason training program for high school and college baseball players to help develop multiple qualities that will improve velocity and power. I have been lucky enough to train with and learn from multiple performance professionals not only in the baseball realm but from many different sectors. I'm excited to take that knowledge and help the future of the game this offseason.
