BTYTOP (pronounced bity-top) is an offseason training program for high school and college baseball players to help develop multiple qualities that will improve velocity and power. I have been lucky enough to train with and learn from multiple performance professionals not only in the baseball realm but from many different sectors. I'm excited to take that knowledge and help the future of the game this offseason.

Concurrent Training
Train multiple areas throughout the course of the offseason. Don't get stuck training the same way year after year with results not transferring to the field. And while you're at it, sneak in a dirty, filthy pump and know that it's helping you!
