This is a 16 week Hybrid/concurrent training block that will focus on peaking Bench Press, Deadlift, and prepare for for running Ultra (+30 mile) distances. Athletes can likely also make progress in the squat and overhead press as well

Athletes can adjust the aerobic endurance days however they wish to suit their current training goals- from a simple 5k to running ultra distances.
