BREAK down your PHYSICAL and MENTAL BARRIERS

Strongman is a Sport, where you find a lot of camaraderie and support among all of the strong humans who are lifting crazy things.

I created Team Break Barriers - train like a Strongwo:man - to help more people get into the Strongman Sport and on their way to finding the strongest version of themselves, while also having access to a like-minded community.

The Program is structured and built for a whole year of training, with 4 different training cycles, each tailored to 2 specific strongman events.

Each cycle will help you build the neccessary strength and skills for those events.

You don't have Strongman equipment? Don't worry, every Strongman Day program will offer alternatives for those that do not have access to specialty equipment.

Break Barriers
Strongman is the best sport, not only to help you break your physical barriers and get stronger, but also to help you break through your mental barriers. Nothing is more empowering than moving a heavy odd object, that you previously never thought you could lift. If you can gain the strength to carry a fridge, what else in life can you do?!

Learn New Skills
Strongman is not just about picking up heavy things. It requires you to learn new skills to handle odd-shaped objects safely and efficiently. Your health is the biggest asset you have; that's why this program is also shaped around building a solid foundation and teaching you the skills needed to train with longevity.

Strongman is a Community
"If you want to go FAST, go alone. If you want to go FAR, go together!" It is easier to get out of your comfort zone and push yourself on the road towards your goals when you have a support system backing you up. TEAM BREAK BARRIERS gives you the opportunity to connect with other like-minded strong humans and those wanting to become them.
