Each month, you'll receive a brand new program tailored specifically for your glute growth. This 5-day split includes 3 booty/leg workouts, 1 upper body and 1 abs/ recovery workout. The upper body workout is designed to enhance overall strength, allowing you to load your lower body muscles more effectively.
