Bodybuilding timsko programiranje treninga zasnovano je na Upper-Lower podjeli i sprovodi se četiri puta nedjeljno. Polaznici ove grupe su posvećeni visokorekreativni vježbači i profesionalci, kojima već u pomjeranju svojih granica milimetar, gram i stotinka prave razliku!
Cijena programa je formirana tako da bude pristupačna i omogući svima kontinuitet u treniranju tokom cijele godine. Ipak, primarni cilj programa je da vas kroz određeni vremenski period osposobi za samostalno kreiranje i sprovođenje sopstvenog plana i programa treninga, uz moje mentorstvo i podršku tokom čitavog procesa.

Bodybuilding team training programming is based on an Upper-Lower split and is carried out four times a week. Participants in this group are dedicated high-level recreational athletes and professionals, for whom even a millimeter, a gram, or a fraction of a second makes a difference when pushing their limits!
The program is priced to remain accessible, ensuring that everyone can maintain consistent training throughout the year. However, the primary goal is to equip you, over time, with the knowledge and confidence to independently design and execute your own training plan — with my ongoing mentorship and guidance throughout the process.

Doktor nauka iz oblasti fizičke kulture, sa višegodišnjim iskustvom u oblasti sporta i fizičkog vaspitanja. Autor je preko 30 naučnih radova, a veliki broj je objavljen u prestižnim časopisima indeksiranim u WOS-u. Dio je recenzentskih timova prestižnih naučnih izdavača. Zaposlen je na Fakultetu za sport i fizičko vaspitanje Univerziteta Crne Gore i profesor je na predmetu Sportski trening.
