Program je koncipiran tako da vam omogući stabilan i postepen napredak, uz snažnu sinergiju sa realnim životnim ritmom. Cilj je takođe da kroz određeni vremenski period postanete sposobni za samostalno kreiranje i sprovođenje plana i programa, uz mentorstvo koje vam nudim tokom našeg zajedničkog djelovanja.
Polaznici individualnog plana ishrane ostvaruju pravo na 35% popusta na program treninga. Kada se posmatra na dnevnom nivou, ukupna investicija u trening iznosi manje od 1.50€ – saznanje koje ne ostavlja prostor za izgovore, već za napredak.

Years of learning and practical application of acquired knowledge have been implemented into program content designed to help you achieve what many, not only recreational athletes but also professional bodybuilders, are striving for. The program is structured to ensure steady and gradual progress, with a strong synergy with real-life rhythm.
Additionally, the goal is that over a certain period of time, you become capable of independently creating and executing a training plan and program, with the mentorship I offer throughout our collaboration.
Participants of the individual nutrition plan are entitled to a 35% discount on the training program. When observed on a daily level, the total investment in training amounts to only $1.70 – a fact that leaves no room for excuses, only for progress.

Doktor nauka iz oblasti fizičke kulture, sa višegodišnjim iskustvom u oblasti sporta i fizičkog vaspitanja. Autor je preko 30 naučnih radova, a veliki broj je objavljen u prestižnim časopisima indeksiranim u WOS-u. Dio je recenzentskih timova prestižnih naučnih izdavača. Zaposlen je na Fakultetu za sport i fizičko vaspitanje Univerziteta Crne Gore i profesor je na predmetu Sportski trening.
