If you are a busy parent (working hard to pay bills while trying to make the most of that seemingly short amount of time you get to spend with your child/children), a hard-working employee or business owner with limited free time, or unable to exercise in the same place daily, due to travel and changing schedules, Body by Brittany, LLC was designed for you! Recognizing fitness is an important, but small, portion of overall wellness, Body by Brittany, LLC strives to help you develop a habitual exercise routine that enhances your ability to obtain and maintain balanced lives. We focus on longevity of an exercise program, maintenance and improvement by providing programs that are easy to continue despite lifestyle changes and limited resources, like time availability. Life is unpredictable, but habits are tough to kill! Let us help you make exercise one of those habits.

Equipment Optional
We don't let travel, government shut downs and last minute schedule changes interfere with our exercise routine. This plan provides the flexibility to add weight on days you can or do without on days you can't. This program includes work-outs with dumbbells and barbells, but body weight options will be recommended in the notes for swaps on days weights are unavailable.

Quick for Busy Lifestyles
A 30 minute work-out seems feasible until considering the time it takes to shower and get your family ready to get out the door for daycare and work. After work, a work-out competes with dinner and valuable time with the family you already feel you're missing out on from working all day. Our work-outs are designed to give you control over the time they take, so they can be completed quick!

Brittany is a mom of two, with over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, as a NCAA collegiate athlete, personal trainer, group exercise instructor, health trainer & Kennedy Space Center's Wellness Coordinator. Her Master's is in Sport & Fitness from University of Central Florida, her Bachelor's is in Biology, and she is an ACSM-Exercise Physiologist and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.
