In this day and age, playing and practicing your sport is not enough to stay competitive. You need to condition your body in order to play at the next level. Our program is designed to make you more athletic, stronger, and more resilient to injuries. With the increasing competitiveness of sport, strength and conditioning is a must have in any sport!

With our partnership through The Ohio State University Sports Medicine, we have performance coaches with Masters Degrees and 10+ years experience working with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Most other performance coaches only focus on one of these three levels but our unique experience has shown us how to progress the youngest of athletes to the most seasoned.

Who is this training for?
Any athlete that wants to take their game to the next level!
What if I miss a day?
We understand the modern athlete is busy, so we designed the programming to help your performance with the least amount of training. There are 5 days written for the whole week but we advise you do at least 2 of the lifts each week.
What do I do if I have a game?
The training layout for the week is set so you can still play your best game on the weekends and not be overly sore.
