With our partnership through The Ohio State University Sports Medicine, we have performance coaches with Masters Degrees and 10+ years experience working with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Most other performance coaches only focus on one of these three levels but our unique experience has shown us how to progress the youngest of athletes to the most seasoned.

Teddy was born and raised from the Columbus area. Ted has been working with High School and College athletes over the past 8 years helping them perform at their best. Ted is part of The Ohio State Sports Performance Team and currently trains athletes at the Bo Jackson Elite Sports Performance of Columbus, Ohio.
