Blue Collar Athletic Club is a team-based training platform built for the everyday grinder — the blue-collar worker, the average Joe putting in long hours who still wants to earn something in the gym. No fluff, no ego lifting — just a program that meets you where you are and pushes you past it.
Training runs 4 days a week on a focused split — Chest & Upper Body (including shoulders), Back, and Legs — paired with 5 days a week of zone 2 cardio of your choice, so you're building strength and conditioning on your terms, around your schedule.
This is beginner-friendly by design. If you've never had real guidance in a gym, or you're tired of guessing your way through a program, this gives you the structure and coaching to actually see progress — without needing to be an athlete to start.
Coached by Trevor Smith — former Navy SEAL, Strength & Conditioning coach, and lifelong endurance and tactical athlete — Blue Collar Athletic Club brings real operational experience and real coaching to people who work with their hands and want to build a body that can keep up.
