The BJJ READY program is designed with years of testing as well as trial and error working with combat athletes and my own preparation to train and compete in BJJ.

Included:

12 weeks of programming added at a time.

2 x strength training sessions each week 

2 x Optional conditioning sessions each week.

Methods to adjust each session to suit your specific needs.

Exercise Video tutorials as well as videos around BJJ mindset, technical tactical approach and more.

Support from your coach (ME) who understands the process and is following the same program you are following just a few weeks a head of where you are!
