Do I need access to a full gym to complete the workouts?
While having access to a full gym is ideal, many exercises can be modified for limited equipment. We will work with you if there are every any questions regarding equipment.
What if I've never done strength training before?
The program is designed to accommodate all experience levels. We start with fundamental movement patterns and gradually progress as your technique and strength improve. Instruction videos are provided, as well as access to chat with me about any questions you may have.
How do I access my workouts?
All workouts are delivered through the TrainHeroic app, which you can download on your phone or access via web browser.
What if I have to miss workouts due to possible conflicts?
The program is flexible and can be adjusted around your schedule. While recommended, workouts do not need to be completed on the exact days they are programmed in the app, and can be adjusted to whatever your schedule may be.
