Combining experience from the Marine Corps, combat sports, and over 10 years of strength training I have developed this program to turn your body into a weapon with a big gas tank.

We'll go heavy on the major compound lifts that are guaranteed to produce real results.

You will build real strength and power and become more explosive than ever.

Through years of trial and error, I have found that sometimes less is more. This program goes HARD with one hundred percent intensity, and 3 lifting sessions per week, allowing 4 days of full and complete recovery.

FAQs
How long are the workouts?
Each workout will take between 50-90 minutes, depending on the day and week. Strength sessions will run longer, whereas cardio/HIIT sessions will run shorter.
What if the volume is too much?
If the volume is too much and you feel you aren't recovering fast enough, tone down the sets and reps. Pushing yourself beyond your limits will only result in burnout or injury. Do what your body can handle, and with consistency, you will notice your strength increase.
