No matter if it’s just getting off your couch or training for your next marathon, Primed to Perform provides tips and daily motivation to help ensure an effective recovery system that supports your training goals. Our daily Primed to Perform content aims to ensure you can optimize your training while also preventing injuries before they happen.

Averill Specializes in: Dry Needling, Orthopedics, Bloodflow Restriction, Sports Medicine, Spinal Care, Ergonomics, Balance/Fall Prevention, Joint and Soft tissue mobilization.
