With our entire team of coaches involved (Joe Stanek, Matt Holden, Austin Perkins, Skyler Holt, Avi Lieu, and Brandon Dudley), our group coaching bridges the considerable gap between one-on-one coaching and generalized templates.

Each group will be capped at 30 athletes, which will ensure that you'll receive comprehensive guidance from one of our coaches in a team setting. This guidance includes: weekly updated programming, access to our exclusive Group Coaching Discord channel, weekly 1-hour group meetings led by your coach, and continued support from your team via various social media platforms.

At $50/month or $550/year* (one-month free) our Group Coaching offers a unique opportunity to receive premier coaching alongside like-minded athletes.

*No refunds can be granted for yearly subscriptions, unless dire circumstances can be demonstrated (minor overuse injuries are not included)
