The ATS Subscription Plan is for those looking for world-class programming, 365-days a year, to get you ready for whatever's next for you, or just make you the most fit version of yourself.
This program has TWO tracks: once-a-day, and twice-a-day, meaning depending on your training level and the time you have to commit, we help you in scaling the programming.
These plans are built for the athlete who has been running or doing conditioning 3 or more times per week, and lifting 2 or more times per week. If this isn't you, just drop the running and lifting to a volume you’re used to or sub biking for running, and slowly build up to conducting the whole plan. Follow the general rule of only adding around 10% of volume week over week.
This program is built to be rigorous, but sustainable. Additionally, in order to keep the programming fresh, we hand the subscription off to a different coach every couple months. We all have the same training philosophy, but train and coach differently, giving you the opportunity to keep it fresh and try out some of our coaches' programming.

Dr. Parker Hyde, CSCS
Dr. Parker Hyde, CSCS, is a Professor at the University of North Georgia and Military College of Georgia and the Human Performance Lab Director. Across his career he has worked with everyone from first round MLB draft picks to elite SOF members. Parker brings a human performance education few have in the space. As if that's not enough, he has proven athletes to show a bulletproof track record.
Luke Ebeling
Luke is a peak performance specialist and a Certified UESCA Running Coach. He served in 75th Ranger Regiment and is a graduate of both Ranger School, RASP II, and won the 2023 Best Ranger Competition. Luke's achievements include setting a course record at the Darby 40 Miler and completing a sub-12-hour Ironman on baseline fitness. He translates his experience into his coaching.
Will Mack
Will has been in US Special Forces 12+ yrs, and has nearly as much coaching experience. He has a CrossFit Level 1 certification and played football and baseball in college, and has continuously honed strength and endurance throughout a multitude of fitness events and races. Will is committed to empowering others through physical training, mentorship, and a pursuit of excellence.
