You will receive your workouts through the train heroic app! Your training will be planned in your in app calendar down to the day!
What If I miss a workout?
If you miss a workout it is not a big deal, you can always do it on a different day or move forward and focus on long term consistency not absolute perfection if you are unable to get the workout done!
