This program is for my athletes that have a well rounded workout routine that they enjoy doing! This supplement program will be in conjunction with a two times a week program that you can do on any 2 days! The majority of athletes are missing the athletic movements base type exercises as well as mobility!
This program is going to cover movements that include agility, change of direction, plyometrics, core stability, balance and coordination as well as, you guessed it, Mobility! (what all athletes are lacking imo)!
